You can add our superfood blends to shakes, smoothies, juice, milk and healthy recipes - as well as simply plain water. We have also created lots of recipes which incorporate our blends, that you can find here.

Yes, all of our products are certified Organic by Organic Farmers & Growers, UK (OFG).

Yes. All of our products and ingredients are free from dairy and animal products, so are 100% vegan friendly.

Subscriptions & My Account

If you choose to subscribe & save to your product, you will receive repeat deliveries every 30 days. This will be automatically charged to your original payment method. Subscribe & save benefits include 15% off your orders, early access to new products and free shipping.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your subscription portalhere. Once signed in, you just need to choose “Cancel Subscription”, which is beneath the product image. Please note that we require aminimum of 2 business days noticebefore your next delivery, so that we can ensure this can be cancelled in time for you.

Sorry, no. You will receive a reminder email about your subscription renewal at least 2 business day’s before it is processed. We require at least 1 business day’s notice to cancel an upcoming shipment. If your renewal order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel this.

Orders & Shipping

Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Larger orders will be shipped with DPD next day delivery.

Please note that wherever there are delays with couriers e.g. strike action, this will likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is sadly outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation of this which includes tracking information, so that you can follow your order right to your door.

Sorry, no. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been processed. This includes changes to the shipping address, cancelling the order, or adding, removing and swapping items within the order. However, you can return any unopened items to us within 30 days from purchase for a full refund.

Discounts & Rewards

Check that you have chosen ‘one time purchase’ and not ‘subscribe & save’ for your item, as subscription items are already discounted and so we are unable to apply additional promotions. Contact support@rhealsuperfoods.com with your discount code if you are still having difficulty.
